Teacher of the Year Nomination Form

The Winner of the 2008 District 112 Foundation Teacher of the Year is:

 Arlene Borner!

$3,000 dollars was granted to Arlene for use of her choice at CHS.  

The other nominees received $500 dollars for use in their schools.
